mid february two thousand and seven

have a good one everybody (:
even though we're all so far apart
i still love all of you.

a little scribbled something;

the beauty of doors-open and valley-gardens
little girls skipping through with baskets of dandelions and soft velvet hearts;
locks of hair flutter in the blowing breeze as loose french braids come apart
delighted slight smiles
pinefresh park benches
engraved with letter-initials
unspoken promises of tomorrow
day after

blinding light pours through the leaves and filters into dappled shadows
sketches on the earth
brass keys hang from delicate chains
slender
swaying in the breeze, tinkering away
as fairies skim the surface of a pond
/so lightly/
bubbles of translucence transcribe and transport my affection away, away,
across
states
across lakes
and the little paper boat sails on
carrying my whispers from this bathtub
to somewhere else
